RRS Ivoks 1.0.2

RRS Ivoks AUv3 instrument is available as a time-limited demo version for users to explore, offering 5 minutes of free playtime. Users can reload the instrument as many times as desired to access the demo period repeatedly. The unlimited version of the RRS Ivoks AUv3 instrument is available as an in-app purchase.

The instrument features two audio-frequency oscillators on the central panel:

• OSC1 includes frequency band control, five different waveforms, LFO modulation level controls, and OSC2 cross-modulation.
• OSC2 also offers frequency band and waveform controls, an independent modulation depth control, and detuning options.

Beneath the oscillators is the mixer section, featuring level controls for both oscillators, the noise generator, and saturation drive.

To the right, there is a filter block with a standard ADSR envelope that transforms into a repeating AD-envelope in "Envelope mode". The controls at the bottom adjust cutoff, resonance, LPF to BPF switch, modulation level, and envelope level.

Following the filter is the amplifier block with its own ADSR envelope, modulation level control, and velocity sensitivity adjustment. The repeating mode of the envelope generates distinctive triangular waveforms based on attack and decay settings.

The leftmost panels house the modulation (LFO) controls at the top and additional settings such as different waveforms in Modulation Mode, including noise, and a stepped function for sample & hold effects, as well as speed control.

Global settings such as master tune, master volume, legato mode, monophonic and duophonic operation switches, unison settings, and glide control are located on the interface.

To use Ivoks as an instrument, users need an AUv3-compatible host app like GarageBand, Auria, AUM, Cubasis. In these applications, RRS Ivoks will be listed in the Audio Unit instruments section.
